Yesterday

It started out like any other day . Woke up and went to school and then come back home .

Not long after I came back , my dad was back from work . He seem normal . Nothing wrong or such .

But not long after he went to sleep , he woke up and complain that his left chest felt some pain , his chest felt pain already for 3 days , although he went to check up in the clinic .

So , my sis drive him to the hospital and I accompany him to the emergency room where I waited outside . My dad went in for quite some time already until a doctor came .

Me and sis : I'm here .
D : You're Leong's ?
Me : Son and daughter .
D : As you know , you're dad is a smoker and he has high blood pressure . So , he told me that he already had chest pain a few days ago . Now , we suspect that it is heart attack . And you should know it's a high risk disease , so please have mental preparation for the worst . We would do our best .

2 words ' mental preparation ' stunned me . I was thinking : " I'm going to lose DAD !? " Tears almost came down but can't la . I have to confort my mum .

After some time I went in to check up my dad , that time he looks fine . So , I asked how he felt and he said okay .

Seriously , I almost broke down in the hospital . I really wished that this was just a dream . So , I sat there on the chair , closing my eye and praying for dad .

After nearly 2 hours , another doctor came out and spoke to us , she was malay .

D : Leong's family
Me : Ya .
D : Now we suspect that your dad has heart attack . We gave him his injection and now is waiting for him to be stabil enough to admit him to wad .
Me : So , what heart disease my dad is having ?
D : Sakit Jantung .
Me : I know ! Heart Disease got 3 kinds right !?
D : Like .. ?
Me : Angina pectoris , Myocardial Infarct and Cardiac Arrest .
D ; Oh . M.I. , pre-arrest .
Me: Okay .

After waiting for another pain-staking 2 hours , finally my dad was waded into the ICU . After the doctors went finish check him , finally I was able to go in .

Me and Sis stayed over night at the hospital . Truth to be told , it was damn suffering to sleep there . We could not sleep in the ICU with dad , we had to sleep outside the ICU entrance near the elevators . Somemore , it was damn scary .

I slept on the seats for an hour . Went down to the parking lot to sleep for 2 hours and went up again to sleep for another hour . When I woke up , I saw that 2 guys were transporting a metal box use to contain coarpse .

Really scared me . So , I followed behind and found out that a guy in the same ICU with my dad had died . Relieved .

And then we went back where I slept for another 5 hours . That's about it . Now , although it's been just a day , my dad's condition is better . But he's still in ICU .

And sorry guys , I have to quit drama due to this .
